Refund policy

ItalianGold.ca operates as a wholesale-only platform. All purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Incorrect item shipped

• Manufacturing defect verified upon inspection

• Damage during transit (must be reported immediately)

Return Conditions

• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Return authorization is required before sending any product back

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or special-order products

• Items showing signs of wear or alteration

• Orders placed incorrectly by the buyer

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error originated from our side.
